Custom software for Restaurants & Cafés

Keep the counter, kitchen and tables in step.

We can build custom restaurant management software that connects dine-in and takeaway orders, kitchen preparation, billing and ingredient stock around the way your team serves.

Start with the work

What gets in the way of a good day?

01 / Business problem

An order changes after it reaches the kitchen.

Extra toppings, portion sizes and cancelled items need to reach the right person. We map how an order is sent, changed and acknowledged so the counter and kitchen can work from a consistent record.

02 / Business problem

Tables, takeaway and bills use separate records.

A table move, split bill or takeaway queue can add repeated entry at the busiest moment. We can design these handoffs around your service style and the devices your staff actually use.

03 / Business problem

Stock is checked only when something runs out.

Ingredient usage, supplier purchases and wastage need different records. Agree recipes, units and adjustment rules before connecting menu sales to ingredient stock.

A workflow we can build around

Every step. Connected.

This flow is a starting point for discussing your operation. Select a stage to explore its place in the system.

Customer — a stage to connect with the people, records and decisions around it.

This is a workflow we can build around your restaurant. Printers, kitchen screens, payment devices and any third-party connections are assessed during discovery.

Potential custom capabilities

Build the parts your business actually needs.

We can design these capabilities around your team, records and business rules. The final modules, device support and connections are agreed for your project.

01 / Connected modules

From order to preparation

Point-of-sale (POS) software records the order and prepares its bill. A Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) passes preparation details to the kitchen; a Kitchen Display System (KDS) can organise those tickets on a screen. We can build either workflow to suit the kitchen.

  • Dine-in and takeaway orders
  • Tables and order transfers
  • Menu variants and modifiers
  • Printed KOT or kitchen display
  • QR ordering
02 / Connected modules

From bill to daily review

Define tax categories, invoice fields, discounts, cancellations and who may approve them. GST-ready configuration must be checked against your actual billing requirements before rollout.

  • POS and GST billing configuration
  • Staff permissions
  • Sales and closing reports
  • Multi-outlet views
03 / Connected modules

From ingredients to purchasing

Keep purchases, ingredient consumption and adjustments understandable. A recipe-based deduction is useful only when portions, units and wastage rules match daily practice.

  • Ingredient inventory
  • Purchase records
  • Supplier management
  • Stock adjustments
What we design towards

A clearer way to run the daily work.

We agree the intended outcomes with your team and check them against complete workflows before rollout.

  • Give the kitchen a clear record of requested items and changes.
  • Trace the bill back to the order instead of entering it again.
  • Review sales and ingredient movements with their own explanations.
Before we begin

Questions from your side of the business.

Is this a ready-made restaurant POS product?

This page describes custom software we can design and build. We first agree your service workflow, required modules and supported hardware; it is not a claim of an existing restaurant product release.

Can delivery platforms or payments be connected?

We assess each proposed provider separately, including API access, permissions, fees and failure handling. No Swiggy, Zomato or payment-provider integration is included unless explicitly scoped and verified.

Can we begin with one outlet?

Yes. We can define a complete order-to-bill workflow for one outlet, validate it through a service cycle and agree how other outlets will be added.
